Add up to 10 reminders to an event, from the moment it starts to a week before. Due reminders appear in your notifications, including for every occurrence of a repeating event.
Keep a guest list of up to 200 people on any event, each marked required, optional or chair. Guests who use Calendar can answer from the event page.
Share a calendar with another Motaware user so they can view it or edit it. Calendars shared with you appear next to your own, and you can leave them at any time.
Subscribe to any public .ics feed, such as public holidays or a team rota, and it refreshes every 30 minutes. Export any of your calendars as an .ics file.

If a paid plan ends, your calendars stay readable for 90 days. Subscribe again to make changes.
Compare plansWhether you can see or change a calendar is decided by the server on every request, not just hidden in the interface. People you haven't shared with can't open your events.
You sign in with your Motaware account, which supports two-step sign-in with an authenticator app.
You can subscribe to it. Copy the calendar's public or secret .ics address from Google or Outlook, add it as a subscription and Calendar refreshes it every 30 minutes. Subscribed calendars are read-only copies.
Reminders appear in Calendar's notifications, with an unread count on the bell. Email reminders aren't sent today, so keep Calendar open in a tab for events you mustn't miss.
Not yet. The guest list records who is invited and how they replied. Guests who use Calendar can open the event from a link you send them and answer there.
Open Settings, choose Share on a calendar, and enter the other person's Calendar user id, which they can find on their own Settings page. Choose Can view or Can edit, and change or remove their access later.
