Share by email as Viewer, Commenter or Editor, or create a link with an optional password and expiry date. Editors see each other's changes live, and comments support @mentions.
A version is saved every 10 minutes while you edit, and you can name, preview and restore versions. Import PowerPoint files and download decks as PowerPoint, PDF or slide images.

Versions you name are kept for the life of the deck. If a paid plan ends, your decks stay readable and downloadable for 90 days.
Compare plansImages in your decks are never kept in a public folder. They are served only through signed links that stop working within 12 hours.
Uploads are checked by their contents, not their file name, and SVG files are refused, so an image can't carry a script.
People who open a share link never see hidden slides or your speaker notes.
Roles are checked by the server, including for live edits: only people with edit access can change a deck.
Yes. Import a .pptx to edit it, and download any deck as PowerPoint, PDF or a zip of slide images. Image backgrounds and image cropping are not carried into PowerPoint and PDF exports yet.

Yes. Create a share link, optionally with a password and an expiry date. Visitors can view and present it without an account, but never see hidden slides or speaker notes. To comment or edit, they sign in with a free Motaware account.
