Write in a rich text editor with formatting and links, add attachments and pick a signature. Drafts save themselves as you type, and you can schedule a message to go out later.

Download a copy of your mail as a standard mbox file whenever you like, ready to open in most desktop mail programs or keep as a backup.

Your mailbox can hold up to your plan's storage allowance (see Pricing). A removed alias can't be claimed again for 24 hours. If a paid plan ends, you can still read and download your mail for 90 days, but not send.
Compare plansEvery incoming message is checked for viruses, and infected mail is refused. Spam is scored as it arrives: likely spam goes to Junk and the worst is refused, while senders you trust skip the filter.
Mail that claims to come from a zorbimail.com address without proof that it really does is delivered to Junk, without running your rules, forwarding or auto-replies.
Mail sent from zorbimail.com addresses is signed with DKIM, so receiving servers can check that it really came from us and wasn't changed on the way.
Pictures hosted by the sender are blocked until you choose to load them, so senders can't quietly see when you open their mail. You can change this in Privacy settings.
Not yet. Email is webmail only today: there is no IMAP, POP or SMTP access for desktop or phone mail apps. Use Email in any modern browser, including on your phone.

Add the domain from your email addresses page and publish the DNS records it shows: a TXT record to prove you own it and MX records to route mail to Motaware, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail isn't treated as spam. The domain starts receiving mail once the TXT and MX records are found.
On Business plans, your main address can be at your organisation's domain, and new mail is sent from it. On Pro and Family, your own domain works through aliases that deliver to your inbox, and new mail is sent from your zorbimail.com address.
The domain of your main address is permanent once you confirm it, so choose carefully. You can add and remove aliases on plans that include them.
Your address is held rather than released. For 90 days you can still read and download your mail, but you can't send. Subscribe again to start sending.
