Every detail in one place

Store several emails, phone numbers, addresses, websites and social profiles for each person, each with a label, plus their company, job title, birthday, anniversary and notes.

Find anyone fast

Search across names, nicknames, companies, job titles, notes, emails and phone numbers. Phone search ignores spaces and punctuation, so 5550100 finds +1 (555) 010-0100.

Groups

Sort contacts into colour-coded groups such as family, clients or the football team. A contact can belong to several groups.

Find and merge duplicates

Contacts spots likely duplicates by matching email addresses, names and phone numbers. Merge them side by side and choose which version of each field to keep.

  • Phone numbers match however they were typed
  • Group memberships carry over to the merged contact
  • Relationship links follow the merged contact

Import and export

Import a vCard file from your phone or Apple Contacts, or a CSV from Google, Outlook or a spreadsheet. Preview the file first and match CSV columns to the right fields.

Your address book is yours

Every contact belongs to your account, and the server checks that on every request. Nobody else can browse or search your contacts.

Questions about Contacts

Can I move my contacts from Google, Outlook or my phone?

Yes. Export them as a vCard (.vcf) or CSV file, then open Import in Contacts. You see a preview first, and for a CSV you can match each column to the right field.

What happens if I import the same file twice?

Contacts whose email address or name is already in your address book are skipped, so you don't get a second copy. To combine two entries for the same person, use Duplicates and merge them.

Does Contacts sync with my phone?

Not yet. There is no automatic phone sync today. Export a vCard file at any time and open it on your phone to bring your contacts across.

Can I share an address book with my team?

Not yet. Each address book belongs to one person. You can export a group as a vCard or CSV file and send it to someone.
