No. Guests open the link and type their name. If you'd rather only people with a Motaware account join, turn off "Allow guests" when you schedule the meeting.
On the Free plan a meeting can run for 40 minutes, and on some paid plans it has no time limit. The plan of the person who started the meeting decides. See Pricing for each plan.
Yes, on the Pro, Family, Business Standard and Business Plus plans. The host clicks Record during the meeting, and everyone in it sees that it's being recorded. Recordings are on the Recordings page, where the host can play, download or delete them. They're deleted automatically after 90 days, and each plan has a set amount of space for recordings (20 GB on Pro and Family, 50 GB on Business Standard, 100 GB on Business Plus).
